If you have run out of thread from a Chasing Threads product then we are happy to send you more to colour match so you can keep stitching! We just charge a flat £1 fee to help us cover the postage / packaging cost. 

Please tell us what colour you need / which product it came with in the order notes so we can make sure it is the correct match. Either wrapped on our signature plane thread-board or wrapped on our branded Chasing Threads cards - we will send 2-3 meters of extra thread. 

If you'd like a selection of colours, then why not add our Rainbow or Electric Threads ⚡️

Wonderful company

My daughter bought me the Stitch Your Own Apron for Christmas. I have a vegetable garden and I am a crafter so it was a perfect gift. The quality is fantastic and I can't wait until I finish it so I can use it. I did run out of a color bc I was over zealous with my french knots. When I contacted the company they sent me out more thread very quickly. I didn't even realize you can order more. They sent it free. The customer service is great and they got back to me quickly. I am more than satisfied with this company. You can't go wrong ordering from them.
