DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) are usually despatched the same day.

North America: 5-7 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Delivery can take longer at times at busy times of year.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. (This is usually not applicable).
We ship with Royal Mail Standard (non-tracked) - if you have a request for an alternate service or courier please get in touch.

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Please try to contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange
Ship items back in a resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery
Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging and delivery note. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.
FAULTY GOODS OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 working days of receipt on info@wearechasingthreads.com. All items should be returned within 30 days of receipt. The option to receive a replacement or a full refund to your card, including the cost of return postage, will be given.
STOCK SHORTAGES
If stock becomes unavailable and your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you ASAP with the option to claim a full refund or agree to wait until the product becomes available.
