I’m so sorry to receive your 1 star review and hear you weren’t happy with the Boarding Card. Really sorry you didn’t feel it was as displayed. We usually get great feedback about this; to avoid any future issues would you be able to let me know what not as described? I would be happy to refund the card for you, I’d just really like the opportunity to understand what went wrong.
Very good quality and exactly same as the description. Arrived late due to covid but Em is very helpful and replied me responsively. Love it!
