Last posting dates for Christmas plus delivery updates
Hi guys!
Just a quick update from us re Christmas delivery (which is always chaos, but as I'm sure you know, particularly bad this year).
Please note Royal Mail is our primary delivery company and all their services are subject to delays due to the ongoing strike action. Where possible we will use alternate carriers for Express orders during strike days- but many of these are also subject to delays due to unprecedented volumes, so it will be rather impossible to guarantee next day. Special delivery items are getting prioritised so please select this if you are in a hurry.
We are going as fast as we can and we do ship everything the same day for all orders placed before 12pm GMT ✈️
We are trying our best to navigate the chaos this season but please allow some extra time for all deliveries and do bare with us :)
If you have any queries, don't hesitate to ask me for advice or assistance! I will always try to help but please understand customs & delivery delays are usually out of our hands :)

UK RM Standard -> 16th December
UK RM Next Day -> 19th December
UK DPD Next Day -> 21st December
Europe standard -> 10th December
North America & ROW standard -> 9th December
International Express -> 16th December
